Tanjay Association, U. S. A. was organized by a small group of Tanjayanons in the Los Angeles, CA area in 1995. (Were there any By-Laws or incorporation papers?) Through the efforts of "the brains behind it all" the first issue of the Ang Tanjayanon Newsletter was published.  Following issues were "published when in the mood".  To date, by popular demand, all the past issues of the Newsletters can still be read from the archives.

The Tanjay Association Song was composed and sang during dinner-dance affairs.  A Souvenir Program, supported by sponsors, was handed out to the attendees.

Membership has grown through the years. A list including Charter  Members has been updated for so many years. An e-mail directory was even started. Both lists have expanded too much they have become unmanageable.

Election of Officers was held every two years.  The current list of officers for the LA-West Coast has been uploaded to the web site. In the past two years the NY/NJ - East Coast  was formed by the Tanjaynons who  are in the East Coast area.
