Article III

Section 1 - REGULAR MEMBERS - The following residents of the United States of America shall be regular members of the Tanjay Association, U.S.A.

a. those who were born in Tanjay, Negros Oriental, Philippines (Tanjayanon by birth);

b. those not born in Tanjay but whose any ascendant was born in Tanjay (Tanjayanon by blood);

c. those who at one time or another lived in Tanjay for at least three (3) years (Tanjayanon by domicile);

d. those who are married to Tanjayanons and have no regrets (Tanjayanon by act of God)
