ba 'mo nga ang Tanjay nagka-gubot karon with NBI investigations? Unya sa
bag-ong administration, nagsugod-sugod na pud ang away-away?
NBI Probes Officials
Matud
pa sa SUNSTAR Newspaper (guipadad-an ta'g kopya ni Mrs. Librada
Saga Balbuena), investigators and agents of the National Bureau of
Investigation have investigated "reported irregularities involving the
purchase of medicines for Tanjay." Ang gipang-imbestigar si former
Mayor Arturo Regalado, ug ag iyang mga sakop sa una: ag iyang sekretarya
nga si Sonia Mendoza, si Onesimo Zerna sa accounting
office, ag iyang Treasurer nga si Gregoria M. Zerna, ug ang iyang
Budget Officer nga si Cecilia Mananquil. Na-apil pud sa imbestigasyon
si Marilyn Fua, tag-iya sa MBF Drug Store sa Tanjay, ug usa kono
ka Margaret Fua. Also called for questioning were Mpl.
Engr. Chester Reyes, Araceli Reyes, Emily Aguilar, and former Councilor
Ben Pileo.
Ang imbestigasyon
kono kabahin sa wholesale purchase sa mga tambal nga may valor sa usa ka
milyon ka pesos. Na-diskobri-an kono ning kasoha kadtong pag-imbestigar
sa NBI sa Tanjay Treasurer's Office.

jud kono mo-tu-o sa ika-tulong summons, may "contempt citation" nga himo-on.
May report nga duna kono'y "hold order" prohibiting ex-Mayor Regalado from
leaving the country.

The Silver Lining
