Held at Danny and Badingding Gil's residence on December 22nd, it was attended by about 50 Tanjayanons and guests.

Food was catered. Dinha po'y security guard nga maayo kaayong mo-double-park ug kotse.... As usual, there was the usual division: ag mga babaye sa sulod, ga-hudyaka ug bayle ug chismis, unya ag mga lalaki didto sa garage, with their Tanduays. Naga-reklamo ang mga babaye kay wala'y lalaking ika-bayle, hangtud nga dinha'y naninggit, "Hoy, ug dili mo mo-sulud dire, mangita mi'g lain sa guwa!" (Guess what? Wala'y ning-tagad!).... Ag banda was one man and his songstress daghang gabalibad kay wala kaayo'y lami ang music, unya maka-bungul pa ang sound system (the better to drown out the lousy renditions, hahaha!). Maayo gani kay ag "standby music" on Danny's stereo was more than enough to make up for this shortcoming - asamaterobpaknyawaa, sige namong gipa-take ug break ang banda, harong maka-bayle mi sa music sa stereo!.... Highlights of the evening: Multi-awarded teacher Salome Calumpang-Pastor gave a rendition of Matud Nila in Spanish. Si Michelle, ag anak ning Mariane Allera-Fayssoux ug si Athena Pearl Cameranesi, ag apo ning Falang, gave an exhibition of the Macarena dance. Missing in action was Gigi Teves-Rodriguez, who was home with the flu, which meant that the adult version of the Macarena was non-censorable (and only Falang was left to tell the dirty jokes)....And the usual gang was there: Tia Ringgy, the Teves', Zernas, (et al).... The official party broke up around 2:00 sa kadlawon, unya nagpabilin ang mga "Couples in Swing" (dili baya "Swinging Couples!") who practised all the dance steps they learned from the bayot nga DI: si Danny ug si Lisa (nga siging ma-lubid ang ilang mga bukton kada tuyok!); Jimmy and Lillian Zerna; Braddock and Alice Calumpang (nga siging galalis ug asa kono mo-tuyok!). Pagka 4:00 sa kadlawon, si Falang ning-surrender, ag ti-il itom kaayo sa ka-hugaw (kay di man maka-bayle ug mag-sapatos!). Footnote: wala'y awto nga na-bangga-an, wala'y silingan nga nag-reklamo, unya medyo alakansi ang kita sa atong tekelyera, pero napa jud sa atong Association Presidenta, "Ada, bawi ra kay daku bitaw ta ug kita sa Fiesta last July!"
